How do I make changes to my account?

Your Renewal Reminder Account is controlled by you, so anytime you want to update or make changes to your account information, you can do so!

I’ve moved and I want to change the registry office that sends my renewals

It’s easy to change your registry of choice. Just follow these easy steps:

1. Go to reminders.e-registry.ca, and enter your email address (or phone number, if you receive text reminders only) on the right side of the screen under Returning Customers)
2. You will receive an email or text message that contains a link you can use to access your account.
3. Once you are in the account, click the Edit button at the bottom of the page
4. Click the blue Change Registry button below your registry name. You can then choose a new registry.
5. Click Submit

I want to add my spouse’s renewal reminder to my account

You can receive reminders for you and your spouse at the same email address, if you like.

1. Go to reminders.e-registry.ca, and enter your email address (or phone number, if you receive text reminders only) on the right side of the screen under Returning Customers)
2. You will receive an email or text message that contains a link you can use to access your account.
3. Once you are in the account, click the Edit button at the bottom of the page
4. Click the blue Add button under Vehicle Registration Reminders
5. Add your spouse’s first and last name (make sure that the first and last names go in their correct spaces, to make sure the reminders are sent accurately)
6. Click Submit

I want to add my company’s annual corporate renewal to my account

You can receive corporate reminders as well as personal reminders on your account.

1. Go to reminders.e-registry.ca, and enter your email address (or phone number, if you receive text reminders only) on the right side of the screen under Returning Customers)
2. You will receive an email or text message that contains a link you can use to access your account.
3. Once you are in the account, click the Edit button at the bottom of the page
4. Click the box under Corporate Annual Return Reminders and add the company name and month of filing.
5. Click Submit

I just renewed my driver’s license – will my reminder account know when my next license expiry date is?

The Renewal Reminder Account will not know when you have renewed your license, or when your next expiry date will be. Once you have receive your new license card, you can access your account and update your license reminder information.

1. Go to reminders.e-registry.ca, and enter your email address (or phone number, if you receive text reminders only) on the right side of the screen under Returning Customers)
2. You will receive an email or text message that contains a link you can use to access your account.
3. Once you are in the account, click the Edit button at the bottom of the page
4. Change the expiry year and month for your license to match your new card.
5. Click Submit
