In order to access registry services and products on the Alberta eServices website, and receive digital registry products, you will need to have an active and verified Alberta.ca account.
Do you already have an Alberta.ca account?
If you have an account to access your Alberta Health information and medical test results, you have an active Alberta.ca account already! If you are unsure if you have an account, you can try to log in on the eServices website. Your user name is usually your email address. There is a Password Recovery link if you know you have an account, but can’t remember your password.
Setting up a new Alberta.ca account
If you don’t have an existing account, you can set one up by clicking the Create Account link on the Sign In page. You can choose between an Alberta.ca account for your personal email, or for a business email.
You have several options to create your account: you can sign in using Google or Microsoft, or use your email address.
To verify your account, you will need to provide information from your Driver’s License or Provincial ID card. Once you have provided your information, you will receive a verification code. Your code can be sent to you by text message, phone call or mail. When you have received your verification code you can activate your account.
You can find full instructions for creating and verifying your Alberta.ca account on the government’s website.
Your Alberta.ca account may need to be verified every year or so. If you are trying to order registry products or services on the eServices site and receive a message to verify your Alberta.ca account, click the link to verify or visit the Alberta.ca website.
